The woman at the front fest was extremely helpfull and freindly. She answered all my questions
They sold maps but seemed annoyed when we asked about the safety of certain trails in wet conditions "we don't close because of rain". No duh lady just asking someone who has a better idea of what the terrain is like.

Staff is very unprofessional. Ladies weren't willing to help at all, all they were saying - we don't know. They gave us some answers only after we purchased the map. So even don't waste your time going there, go straight to the park. The staff up there is very nice pleasant and helpful, they could give you plenty advices and assist you with every need.
