I have purchased half a dozen vehicles from the Murphy boys over the past 20 years. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had an issue or question they could not answer or resolve immediately. If you are tired of dealing with supersized auto dealerships stop in and experience some old fashioned customer service. You will not be disappointed!
Outstanding customer service!
They did an oil change in my car. They used a cheap filter which ended up failing. I had motor oil all over my my car. Which I didn't notice until the next day. They "refunded" only half of the clean-up/repair work and refused to refund the oil change. Never going there again!
